Junior Service Desk Engineer

What are you going to do?

As a Service Desk engineer, you are responsible for the quality and continuity of the IT support
services in accordance with the Service Level Agreements with the customers. You are responsible
both independently and as a team for the installation, configuration, management, security and
maintenance of PCs, networks, and peripheral equipment in an international environment.

As part of the Support Team, you are challenged to provide and support modern IT solutions in a
complex environment

Further:

  • Understands modern workplace solutions on Microsoft Azure platform.
  • Responding, categorizing, assigning, investigating, and solving the issues.
  • User & device management in a hybrid (on-premises as well as cloud based) environment.
  • Help users in installing, configuring IT applications in a secure way.
  • Granting and revoking users’ permissions
  • Managing users’ mailboxes and shared mailboxes.
  • Provide phone support for urgent issues.
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work as a team member as well as managing small projects individually.

What makes you the perfect candidate?

  • IT Technical Education.
  • Experience in an IT service desk role or a similar function.
  • Basic knowledge of Active directory, Azure Active directory, MS Exchange Online, Microsoft 365,
  • VOIP and networking.
  • Experience with ticket systems (e.g. TOPdesk) is a plus.
  • ITIL and MCP certifications is a plus.
  • Experience with Analytic and Reporting solutions (Tableau, PowerBI or like technologies) is a plus.
